Ellos IT-department wanted to learn more about Lean UX and how to successfully incorporate that in their way of working when introducing a new system in the organisation.
Margareta facilitated a set of workshops with Ello's IT-department, focusing on creating a user center ness in all their doings.
Margareta co-created personas and journeys together with the organisation for both the customers as well as the internal people delivering the buying experience from within.
A cross-department way of working was introduced and helped Ellos to tackle holistic problems. An evening event with potential web-shopping customers was arranged at Visual Arena together with representatives from the organisation.
The people from the organisation was new to this way of meeting their users IRL and really loved it. The fact that they could test concepts with users in this simple way was really adopted in the organisation.
